All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed. After the order is processed, we will send you a shipment confirmation and tracking information by email.


3. Shipping method

We work with multiple international logistics companies, including but not limited to DHL, UPS and FedEx. You can choose the appropriate shipping method according to your personal needs. The choice of shipping method will affect the shipping cost and timeliness.


4. Shipping cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight and selected shipping method. At checkout, the system will automatically calculate and display the relevant costs.


5. Estimated shipping time

Shipping time may vary depending on the destination. Here are some approximate shipping times:

- USA/Canada: Approximately 20-35 working days

- Europe: Approximately 20-35 working days

The exact delivery time will be provided upon shipment confirmation.


6. Duties and Taxes

For international orders, all relevant duties, import taxes or other government-imposed fees will be borne by the customer. We recommend understanding the import tax regulations of the destination country/region before placing an order to avoid unnecessary costs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package in real time on the official website of the relevant shipping company.


8. Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure on-time shipment, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, unforeseen shipping issues or other external factors. In such cases, we will do our best to provide assistance and work with the logistics company to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.


9. Package Loss or Damage

We are not responsible for package damage or loss during transportation, but in this case, you can contact our customer service team and we will assist you in contacting the shipping company and seeking compensation solutions.
